New Membership and Renewal
New membership in EORC commences on the day you submit the online application.
Membership in EORC expires on November 30th of each year.

The current fees are:
- 17 & under: $20.00
- Single: $25.00
- Family: $35.00
Membership Benefits
All paid-up members are invited to attend the following events:
- Ten monthly meetings - held on the first Wednesday of the month at the Holyoke Lodge of Elks at 6:30pm
- Annual EORC Awards Banquet (held the first Saturday in February)
- Annual EORC Picnic (held in August)
- Reimbursement Races
Members also get access to a private EORC Facebook group and email listserv to connect with other members.
Reimbursement Races
The club reimburses $20 of the race fee to up to fifteen EORC members running a reimbursement race - awarded to the first five male finishers, the first five female finishers, and five other racers by lottery. You must wear an EORC uniform during the race and volunteer at an EORC event during the year to be eligible for reimbursement.

- Gordys First Race 5K and 10K, Westfield, 1/1/26
- Ron Hebert 8 Miler, Florence, 3/28/26
- Fourth of July 5K, Springfield, 7/4/26
- Summit Run 5K, Hadley, 9/20/26
- Covered Bridges 10K, Conway, October TBD
- Monson Half Marathon, Monson, October TBD
- Wilbraham Turkey Trot 5 Miler, Wilbraham, 11/26/26
- Holiday Fun Run 5K, South Hadley, December TBD
